I had my first session with Jessica, and it was greatly helpful! She was very easy to talk to, open up to and made me feel very comfortable very quickly. Jess has helped me learn that it's okay to let go and how to do so. I now know how to find my calm when I'm feeling frustrated. I highly recommend organising a session with Jessica. It will be worth it!

Jess took me through some old past traumas, she made me feel very safe and comfortable. She kept me in the now so I wouldn’t go deep into my emotions. Very easy to release old patterns and beliefs. I’m feeling so comfortable within myself. Thank you beautiful soul.

I had a session with Jess a couple of days ago. Before the session I was stressed, anxious, depressed and had a lot of history events affecting my mindset and quality of life. I was at breaking point to say the least! After the session and even now 2 days later, I have completely shifted my mindset and even endured a few hurdles that would have destroyed me in the past. I have a much more positive and driven mindset now and I owe it ALL to Jess and her amazing treatment!

I came to Jess some months ago now interested in Timeline Therapy and knowing more what it is about... I was suffering from high anxiety levels of stress, battling dissociation as well as from a traumatic separation... But since found it’s not just the current events in life that take place in terms of all these things like stress and anxiety building up. Jess made me realise there was many within my timeline, in saying this, Jess helped me sit through these events in my life to help me move forward, Jess taught me a lot of techniques to use in the event of anything unfolding in the present or future, she has helped drastically in my healing going forward.

I had Jess coach me through some inner personal conflict I had to work through and to be honest, I can’t remember what my conflict was anymore. I released my inner conflict and to this day, I am puzzled as to why I put myself through my own storm that I created myself. I have clarity and a sense of weight removed off of my shoulders and my focus is more towards the things I want in life. I highly recommend Jess as a coach and I can’t thank her enough for helping me put some of those heavy emotions to rest.
